Courage

Courage is a big word that requires big character. Grant me the character to be courageous with my faith and in all decisions I make for you. Amen.


Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest. (Joshua 1:7)

Today's word is character. Author H. Jackson Brown Jr. said, “Our character is what we do when we think no one is looking.”

Lord, I wish to develop a noble character so that my life is an open book. Help me do so through grace. Amen

That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;  Philippians 2:15

Do As I Do!*

Lord let my life be of such noble character that I could say to others as the Apostle Paul said, "Be imitators of me, as I am of Christ." (1 Corinthians 11:1 ESV). Amen.

I urge you, then, be imitators of me. 1 Corthinthians 4:16 ESV

Mold My Character

Lord Jesus, please mold my character to conform to your likeness. Let me be the person you have meant me to be.  I know that character molding can occasionally be painful; but I wish to be the vessel that can be used to enlarge your Kingdom. Grant me your grace to be transformed into your likeness. Amen Share 

Be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. (Romans 12:2)
