Lord overwhelm me...

Lord overwhelm me with your love and grace so that I can joyfully surrender my all to you. While I walk here on earth, may my desire be to do your will.

And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever. (1 John 2:17)

A Prayer Before Sunday Worship

True worship does not occur when I find the truth. True worship occurs when I surrender my will to the truth. Let me learn truth and then lord let me surrender my will to your truth. Amen.

And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. –John 8:32

Choices

Lord, direct my path. Today and everyday that follows I will be making choices. Some will affect others and almost always my choices will reflect my relationship with you. Not only do I need wisdom in my decisions, I also need a heart willing to follow your will. Again, I say, "Lord, direct my path." Share

Teach me thy way, O LORD, and lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies. (Psalms 27:11)
